Customs Declaration Department货物的保险与保价运输
汽车货物运输保险采取自愿投保原则，由托运人自行确定。汽车货物运输实行自愿保价的办法，一张运单托运的货物只能选择保价或不保价中一种，办理保价运输的货物，应在运单"保险或保价"栏中填写。承运人按货物保价金额核收7‰的保价费。
四、运单的填写要求
一张运单托运的货物必须是同一托运人；对拼装分卸的货物应将每一拼装或分卸情况在运单记事栏内注明。
一张运单托运的货物，凡不是具备同品名、同规格、同包装的，以及搬家货物，应提交物品清单。
托运集装箱时应注明箱号和铅封印文号码，接运港、站的集装箱，还应注明船名、航次或车站货箱位，并提交装箱清单。
托运人要求自理装卸车的，经承运人确认后，在运单内注明。
托运人委托承运人向收货人代递有关证明文件、化验报告或单据等，须在托运人记事栏内注明名称和份数。
托运人对所填写的内容及所提供的有关证明文件的真实性负责，并签字盖章；托运人或承运人改动运单时，亦须签字盖章说明。
五 、托运货物时应注意
在普通货物中不得夹带危险、易腐、易溢漏货物和贵重物品、货币、有价证券、重要票据；
托运超限货物，托运方应提供该货物的说明书；鲜活物品，托运方须向承运方说明最长的允许运输期限；托运政府法令禁运、限定以及需要办理卫生检疫、公安监理等手续的货物，应随附有关证明。
